We store as little as possible. Only what is truly necessary: name, which can also be an alias, and email address. No IP addresses, no device data, and no unnecessary personal data.

Your data is stored in a secure environment that only our fixed core team can access. No external parties, no contractors.

Technically, we do everything we can to ensure this is handled properly:

Encrypted connections, TLS 1.2 or higher
Cloudflare protection on our endpoints
Automated security scans via GitLab
Annual external penetration test by security company Below0Day

All recommendations from those tests are implemented immediately. And if you ever stop using Sustainers, the data is fully deleted — or exported in advance upon request.

Our belief: the more recognizable the content is, the greater the chance that someone will actually act on it. We have more than 150 specific challenges in our library and always tailor the content to the organization.

The platform is built on learning by doing. Employees do not learn about sustainability by reading about it, but by actually doing it — small, practical challenges that fit directly into their daily work.

We deliberately choose challenges that also create financial value. Reducing waste, lowering the use of raw materials, approaching conversations or processes differently — these are actions that are both sustainable and cost-saving.
